Nathan oversees Kingsbridge Capital's acquisition and development pipeline alongside day-to-day operations. With over 12 years of experience across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets, his background spans deal sourcing, development, design, and construction, covering everything from ground-up projects to the acquisition and repositioning of existing buildings. That end-to-end experience gives him a full-lifecycle understanding of how value is created and preserved across a portfolio.
Josh Cohen
Principal
Josh leads acquisition sourcing, underwriting, and asset management across Kingsbridge Capital's residential and commercial portfolio. He brings 8 years of commercial real estate experience, including prior roles at AIG Global Real Estate and Corebridge, where he was involved in the execution of over $500 million in transactions spanning industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets.
